I am seriously considering getting a publishing package from Outskirts Press. I have contacted them over a year ago but I didn’t have the funds to cover it. But now, I am seriously considering switching publishers. I have been doing this on my own but I need help. What can I do?

i wrote this book called Fallen Wings. It is a gay romance. When two angels come to Earth to slay a demon that murdered their family, they discover that the same demon they are after, is after two humans with special abilities. When they meet the humans, they develop special feelings for the humans. Then, slowly the humans develop feelings for the angels.
